Today, Aagaaz Youth Club conducted an inspiring session under its ‘INSE MILIYE’ series, featuring a talk with Mr. Mayank, Director of the Waste Warriors Foundation. The event, anchored by Ms. Razia, witnessed enthusiastic participation from 20 youth members.

Mr. Mayank emphasized the importance of having a vision statement for youth clubs, describing it as a guiding force to ensure clarity in the direction of their efforts. He illustrated this point by discussing the impactful vision statements of organizations like Bhumi, Akshaya Patra, and Goonj, showcasing their contributions toward building a better society.

Highlighting the significance of resource mobilization in executing action projects, Mr. Mayank shared valuable insights on essential traits such as passion, effective communication, teamwork, clarity, leadership, and integrity, calling them the “success mantra” for impactful initiatives.

Towards the end, he engaged the participants in a brainstorming session, encouraging them to explore systematic approaches for action projects. He stressed the importance of conducting a need assessment, defining leadership roles, and working collaboratively to bring their ideas to fruition.

The session was highly interactive and left the participants motivated to take proactive steps toward creating positive change in their community.
