The Aagaaz Youth Club, in collaboration with the Aggrieved Citizens of Dehradun, organised a historical march to raise awareness about the ongoing environmental issues in the city. The event, titled Paryavaran Bachao Andolan 2.0, took place as a protest against the rampant cutting of trees in Dehradun, which has been contributing significantly to pollution and the degradation of the environment. The march began at Dilaram Chowk and proceeded all the way to Centrio Mall, with participants from various walks of life coming together in unity to voice their concerns.
The primary focus of the march was to highlight the urgent need to protect and preserve the city’s green cover, as trees play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
